1. Ordering Policy

Lead Time: All custom cake, treat, and party favor orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and will incur a 10% surcharge.
Custom Orders: Any design, flavor, or packaging changes must be finalized 5 days before the pick up/delivery date.
Minimum Order Requirements: Some treats and party favors require a minimum order quantity 1 dozen per item

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of receiving the initial invoice to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 day before pickup/delivery.
Pricing: Prices vary based on design complexity, ingredient costs, and packaging. Custom quotes will be provided upon request.

Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 5 days before the delivery date may be eligible for store credit.
No Refunds: Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our cakes, treats, and party favors, we do not offer refunds. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Pickup: Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled pickup.
A late fee of $10 will be charged per every 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. The order will not be received until the late fee is paid.
My time is valuable, please communicate if you will be more than 15 minutes late for your agreed pick up time
Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded without a refund.
Delivery: We offer delivery for orders of $500+ for an additional fee within a 20 mile radius.
All wedding cakes will be delivered
Delivery fees vary based on distance.
Liability: Once a cake, treat, or favor leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage.

Artistic License: While we strive to meet your design requests, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Custom Packaging: Custom packaging for treats and party favors is available for an additional fee.
Allergy Disclaimer: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Storage: Cakes should be refrigerated up to 1-2 hours before consumption
- Treats like cookies, cake pops, and party favors should be kept at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.
Consumption: For the best taste and quality, cakes should be consumed within 4 days and treats within 5 days with proper storage in a refrigerated airtight container.
We are not responsible for the quality of products beyond their recommended consumption time.
